COTTAGE B&B

HILLS RETREAT

ABOUT

ABOUT

Welcome to Stirling West Branch B&B an amazing Adelaide Hills hideaway.

Our property is located in the heart of the very quiet and peaceful Bradbury.

Nature abounds everywhere! It is where natural scrub meets farm land.

The modern, spacious detached Studio Room dwelling has all of the wonderful character of the main cottage style house. The B&B is modern, has a new sparkling bathroom, as well as a new undercover outdoor kitchen situated on extensive decking. All appointments ooze quality.

Three steps up from the outdoor decking and you will be able to navigate yourself to sit in the Zen open air retreat. From here, relax and listen to the birds and be at peace in your own private garden area.

Feel free to visit the vegetable garden.

The stone frontage of the main residence is steeped in history, built in 1914 by the Cheeseman family. It was built primarily as a Post Office, which soon after incorporated the Stirling West Branch of the ES&A bank; hence the name. It has been a grain store, a general store (most notably Walsh’s Store) and in 1954 the ‘Flying Saucer Tea Rooms’. What a blast! On request; original signage can be viewed in the main house.
